Diana Goldman de Zocchi’s professional career includes and extensive and successful clinical experience in family and individual therapy and counseling. She has been treating children, adolescents and adults in the United States, Argentina and Spain for more than 27 years. She has helped patients from diverse cultural backgrounds, ages and genders with both short-term and long-term goals. She speaks Spanish fluently, as well as Portuguese and English.
Throughout her career, she has used her clinical skills and her multicultural experiences to benefit her patients and the community. Diana has been recognized for the collaborative nature of her work while serving at the Association for Individual Development, where she become a very valuable resource between the organization and the Hispanic community.
Diana earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Buenos Aires (Argentina) and University of Belgrano (Argentina), in 1983. In 2003, she completed 4 years of Post-Graduate work in Specialization in Pyschodynamic Psychotherapy, at the Argentinean Psychoanalytical Association. Diana completed the Illinois Early Intervention Training Program in 2008. She completed various courses at Benedictine University in 2011, including Social and Cultural Foundations, Workshop Counseling Cultural Diversity Population, Career Counseling and Job Search.
