Cheryl Cole is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Marriage and Family Therapist. She believes clients want to be understood and accepted unconditionally in order to share their innermost thoughts, feelings and issues. The world is a complicated place at times and the demands of life may sometimes seem overwhelming. Counseling provides a safe place for clients to spend uninterrupted time on the issues they are facing and to process their feelings.
Cheryl has experience working with clients of all ages. Every developmental stage in life has it’s own rewards and challenges. She has training in clinical settings, and has been in private practice since 2002. Cheryl’s training in Marriage and Family Counseling allows her to focus on individuals, teens, couples, and families.
Cheryl is happy to help clients find their way through the transitions they are currently facing. She believes that with crisis comes opportunity. She will work hard to help each person examine their feelings, explore options and work on possibilities.
Education
Cheryl is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). She earned a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Governors State University.
