Kelsey is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. She earned a Master’s Degree in Forensic Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
Kelsey specializes in working with adults navigating substance use challenges, interpersonal difficulties and involvement in the legal system. Her goal is to create a safe, judgement-free environment where clients can explore the patterns in their lives and develop the tools needed to make meaningful, lasting change.
Kelsey views therapy as a collaborative journey – one where her clients are the expert on their own life and she can serve as a guide to help uncover solutions, build insight and move toward the life they want. She believes that growth often comes from understanding our experiences in new ways and together she helps her clients identify practical strategies for healing, connection and personal empowerment.
